*If you would like vegan substitutions for any beeswax products, please email us and we're happy to make that accomodation.

We ship our Bien Faire boxes seasonally. Orders ship every three months, depending on your initial purchase date, within the following windows;

February 1 - April 30 (Spring Box)

May 1 - July 31 (Summer Box)

August 1 - October 31 (Autumn Box)

November 1 - January 31 (Winter Box)

Please ensure your shipping information is up to date if/when it changes. We are not responsible for boxes shipped to a former address.
